ABOUT
VIVA MINERALS
Viva Minerals is a privately funded company focused on the acquisition and management of natural gas and oil minerals and royalties in the Haynesville play of East Texas and Louisiana and the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma. We utilize the same proven strategy and underwriting standards that were successfully deployed at PHX Minerals, where our leadership team executed over $140 million in acquisitions, generating strong returns despite volatile commodity markets.
Founded by five members, including four former PHX Minerals executives with over 70 years of combined energy sector experience, our team brings institutional-grade expertise and deep regional knowledge to every acquisition. Following PHX Minerals' successful sale in June 2025, we established Viva Minerals to continue our disciplined investment approach, leveraging our proven track record and industry relationships to identify and execute strategic opportunities that maximize value.
